Pre-Rental

How do I apply?

Applications can be completed directly through the listing via Zillow or by emailing us an application for further handling. 

Is there a credit check?

Yes. Credit and background checks are performed at the time of application. 

Are pets allowed?

This is dependent on the lease and will vary between properties. Any pets must be approved by the landlord. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge or possibly eviction.

Current Tenants

Where do I pay my rent?

Via the App: Rent can be paid through your AppFolio tenant portal.  

In Person:  You can pay your rent directly to our office during normal business hours. If it is after hours, you may leave the rent check in the drop box. 

Mail:  You can also mail in your rent payment.

When is rent due?

Rent is due by the 1st of each month.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

Via the App:  A maintenance request can be submitted through your AppFolio tenant portal. 

Emergency Requests:  General or emergency maintenance requests, please call our main office at 412-431-0500. If it is after business hours, you will be forwarded to our answering service.
