Pre-Rental

How do I apply?

A filled out application and fee can be delivered to us via mail or dropped off in person.

Is there a credit check?

Yes. Credit and background checks are performed at a cost of $15 per person.

Are pets allowed?

This is dependent on the lease and will vary between properties. Any pets must be approved by the landlord. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge or possibly eviction.

Current Tenants

Where do I pay my rent?

You can pay your rent directly to our office during normal business hours. If it is after hours, you may leave the rent check in the drop box. You can also mail in your rent payment.

When is rent due?

Rent is due by the 1st of each month.

How do I submit a maintenance request?

For general or emergency maintenance requests, please call our main office at 412-431-0500. If it is after business hours, you will be forwarded to our answering service.

For non-emergency inquiries, you can also use our contact form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
